What is EXEGYPT Summer School?
EXEGYPT Summer School is an intercontinental academic and cultural program that combines accredited scientific training with cultural, social, and travel experiences in Egypt.
Who can apply to EXEGYPT Summer School 2026?
The program is open to students and fresh graduates aged 18–30 from relevant academic fields who are interested in academic development and cultural exchange
What does the program fee include?
The program fee includes full access to the academic program with an official completion certificate, accommodation throughout the entire program duration, transportation via VIP private buses, and meals provided during academic days. It also covers a two-day Cairo trip including accommodation and transportation, a one-day Port Said trip, access to all cultural activities listed in the program, and a welcome package provided upon arrival
Are flights included in the program fee?
No. International flights are not included. Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights to Egypt.
Where is the academic program conducted?
The academic program is conducted at Suez Canal University Hospitals, Ismailia, Egypt, providing participants with structured academic and clinical exposure in a university hospital setting.
Is the academic program accredited?
Yes. The academic program is locally accredited through Suez Canal University Hospitals, and participants receive an official certificate upon successful completion of the program.
Can medical students choose more than one academic program?
No. Medical students are required to select one academic track only per group to ensure focused training and full participation in the chosen specialty.
Which language is used during the program?
The primary language of communication during academic sessions and official activities is English.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
The registration contract is 40% refundable only under specific and limited conditions.
Visa Rejection
Refunds are issued only in the case of official visa rejection by the Egyptian embassy or consulate, upon submission of official proof. Refunds related to visa rejection are subject to the 40% refundable limit.
Any issues related to the participant’s passport—including validity, expiration, damage, incorrect personal data, or failure to meet travel requirements—do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
Medical or Personal Circumstances
In cases of acute medical conditions or catastrophic personal circumstances, no cash refund is issued. With valid documentation, registration fees may be retained as credit for a future EXEGYPT event, valid for 12 months, and usable once only, subject to availability.
Deadlines
Refund requests must be submitted at least one (1) month before the selected group start date. Requests submitted after this deadline are not eligible for any refund.
Requests to convert fees into credit must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks before the group start date.
Additional Conditions
Bank and payment processing fees are non-refundable and deducted from any approved refund.
Once the program has started, no refund or credit is issued for partial attendance, early departure, or missed activities.
Refunds are not issued for travel-related issues such as flight cancellations or missed connections.
Processing & Final Decision
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible and may take up to 10 business days. Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. All refund and credit decisions made by EXEGYPT are final
