Work & Travel Egypt offers a truly outstanding cultural experience, unlike anything ever seen before in the Middle East.
It provides participants with a unique opportunity to engage with the rich Egyptian heritage while enhancing their skills and expanding their horizons. Lasting for several weeks/months, the program combines immersive cultural activities and training positions to create a comprehensive experience. This aims to foster a deep understanding and appreciation of the local traditions and way of life.

Ismailia, the picturesque host city of Work & Travel Egypt, offers participants a unique blend of natural beauty, history, and a tranquil environment. Located on the west bank of the Suez Canal, Ismailia serves as a gateway to the mesmerizing landscapes and cultural treasures of the region.
Surrounded by stunning lakes and lush greenery, Ismailia provides a serene and peaceful setting for our different programs. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful shores of Lake Timsah, indulge in leisurely walks along its promenade, and witness breathtaking sunsets over the water.

• Each participant will choose one month from the available months during the summer or winter season. Program extension is possible for an extra fee (according to availability).C. Positions

Living Expenses
A stipend will be given to the participant for their one-month stay.
(This amount covers the participants’ daily needs of food, drinks, and transportation)
We advise all participants to have their pocket money for the extra trips/souvenirs.
a) Cultural enrichment

b) Professional development
Participating in the Work & Travel program enhances participants’ adaptability and teamwork skills through experiential learning, cross-cultural interactions, leadership development, and challenging environments.
c) Language experience (Egyptian Arabic):
if you were ever interested in learning Arabic or already started but didn’t practice enough, this is your chance to dive deep into our culture and immerse yourself in an Arabic-speaking environment.Applicants must:
• Be students/recent graduates within the age group 18-30 years old.• Have sufficient English language skills to actively engage with the local community
• Engage with the Egyptian culture and communities and make adjustments to cultural and social practices different from those of their home country.

The apartments are located in the safest and most upscale neighbourhood, ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.2. Comfortable Bedrooms:
The apartment features well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds, cozy linens, and ample storage space. Rest peacefully and wake up refreshed to start your day.3. Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and dishes, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals with ease.4. Living areas:
The living areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy comfortable seating arrangements.5. Restrooms:
The restrooms are designed and equipped with essential amenities such as clean toiletries, and a refreshing shower or bathtub.6. Laundry Facilities:
Some apartments may include in-unit laundry facilities, such as a washer and dryer. This ensures convenience and ease during your stay.*NB: You could be placed with other participants in the apartment. (Still ensuring your privacy and full comfort).
Optional trips will be arranged on the weekends to visit Egypt’s most famous sites including;
Cairo, Alexandria, Portsaid, Ain Sokhna, Sharm Elshekih and Dahab
A social program will also be arranged during the weekdays in Ismailia, to get to know more about the host city. A lifetime experience you will always remember and cherish.
NB: Some trips/events are going to be included in the program fees.
